FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: gear wheel fabrication method comprises the fabrication of disk-shaped gear wheel body (1). At the centre (3) of the body (1) a sitting hole (4) for the transmission shaft is made. Along the circle between ends (5) of the body (1) the radially oriented slots (6) with isosceles trapezoidal cross section with the base (8), facing towards the centre (3) of the body are made. The body (1) is laid by its end (5) on the base (13) and fixed. On the base (13) a pre-fabricated mould (14) with recesses (15) is placed. In each slot (6) and recess, mated with it (15) a punched plate (16) is placed. The cavities formed by slots (6) and recesses (15), are filled melted material (metal or plastic). After filling of all cavities and solidification of the melt the ready rim teeth (9) are obtained. The mould (14) is removed and the ready gear wheel is taken away from the base (13).EFFECT: minimising costs of fabrication of gear wheels and improvement of their maintainability.3 dwg |
