FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: friction item includes a metal frame and a polymer composite friction element moulded onto it. A polymer damping layer and an anti-noise metal plate with bent elements is fixed on the metal frame surface. The surface of the polymer damping layer, which faces the anti-noise metal plate, has projections. Polymer damping layers are fixed on surfaces of the anti-noise metal plate. The latter is fixed with its bent elements to the end surface of the metal frame, and an additional polymer layer is fixed on the surface of the polymer damping layer, which contains the projections; with that, the above polymer damping layer is fixed on the metal frame surface.EFFECT: increasing the noise absorbing ability of an item; simplifying fixation of the anti-noise plate; simplifying the anti-noise plate structure as a whole.4 dwg |
