FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and represents a method for preparing coated teriflunomide tablets characterised by selecting fractions of teriflunomide and additive ingredients, including a mixture of an excipient specified in lactose, calcium hydrophosphate, microcrystalline cellulose or a combination thereof, a desintegrant specified in sodium carboxymethyl starch, pre-gelled starch, and an anti-friction agent by sieving at an average sieve mesh of 0.14-0.20 mm, mixing to a homogenous state and forming a mixture into a tablet at extrusion pressure 15-20 kN/cman coating with a film.EFFECT: invention provides optimising the composition and process of preparing the tablets optimal characteristics of active agent release.4 cl, 2 ex |
