FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: tank for the material used in the oil-field, consists of the housing with the upper bottom, lower bottom, side wall between upper and lower bottom, which forms the recess in the body, the upper bottom forms the hole, the lower bottom forms the first nozzle. The tank also contains the batching valve, connected with the housing in the lower bottom. The batching valve consists of the base with the second nozzle located on the same line with the first nozzle, and lap gate, connected with the base. The second nozzle has mainly the trapezoid shape. Lap gate is arranged so that it could with sliding close down the second nozzle. The material consumption control in the tank is performed by means of adjustment of the open area of batching of the second nozzle according to the equations of mathematical simulation.EFFECT: improvement of batching precision.19 cl, 4 dwg |
