<p>An embodiment of the present invention relates to a Hi-pass system (prepaid system for the expressways) applied with a Hi-pass speed limit system. The Hi-pass system of the present invention: provides passage limit speed information and alarm information in a current Hi-pass section for a Hi-pass terminal installed in a vehicle which enters a Hi-pass installation area related to the toll settlement of an expressway; outputs the alarm information in the Hi-pass terminal and provides the alarm information for a communication-connected vehicle; and controls the speed of the corresponding vehicle based on the passage limit speed information of the vehicle and the speed information of a current vehicle. For the aforementioned, the speed limit system, the Hi-pass terminal, the vehicle, and a toll settlement system are mutually linked in the Hi-pass system according to the embodiment. The speed limit system includes: a sensing unit which senses a vehicle having the Hi-pass terminal and entering a preset Hi-pass section; a first communications unit which connects communications with the Hi-pass terminal when the vehicle is sensed; a storage unit which stores the passage limit speed information of the Hi-pass section and the alarm information; and a first control unit which transmits the passage limit speed information stored in the storage unit and the alarm information to the communication-connected Hi-pass terminal.</p> |
