<p>Access to medical and healthcare records when client devices are not connected to a communication network poses a serious problem in healthcare during evaluation or diagnosis under offline conditions. The present utility model provide an intelligent unified telehealth and telemedicine multi-synchronization services communication platform which is configured to facilitate multi-exchange of medical and hospital grade healthcare data such as text data, an image data, a voice data, and a video data, between a first computer associated with a remotely located patient and a second computer associated with a remotely located physician, and to store the healthcare data on the database, wherein such healthcare data are continuously being cached, queued, and synchronized across the processor, the first computer, and the second computer.</p> |
