A method for providing a real estate related service of a management server is disclosed. The method for providing a real estate related service includes the steps of: receiving registration request for registering an advertisement object from a terminal apparatus of an advertiser; setting an advertisement period as to the advertisement object on the basis of registration costs information included in the received registration request; registering the advertisement object; receiving search request including search reference information for searching the advertisement object from a terminal apparatus of a customer; detecting the advertisement object corresponding to the search reference information among a plurality of advertisement objects registered in a management server; and transmitting information as to the detected advertisement object to the terminal apparatus of the customer.
