<p>The present invention relates to a system for disabling an object vehicle, which disables a laser detection and raging (LADAR) mounted on the object vehicle in motion, and an operating method thereof. The system for disabling an object vehicle includes: a LADAR system which calculates a motion angle of the object vehicle by receiving a laser emitted from a LADAR of the object vehicle in motion at a distance of time, and radiates low power laser to the object vehicle, and calculates the distance of the object vehicle by receiving the reflected low power laser; and a laser system which radiates high power laser in order to collect a high power laser light source by changing focus by adjusting a radiation angle of the high power laser, to the position of the object vehicle according to the motion angle and the distance.</p> |
