#CMT# #/CMT# The device (6) has a tube (7) intended to be arranged around a vertical conduit (4) and fixed to a wall in a position such that an end portion extends upwardly beyond an upper end of the vertical conduit. An inner ring (9) placed in the tube includes an annular support part (11) provided with an annular seal (12), so as to allow sliding under the effect of a thrust on the inner ring, where the annular seal rests against an edge of the end of the conduit and against the inside of the tube. The ring includes an upper guidance part (10) to guide the ring inside the conduit. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Sealing device for sealing a vertical conduit passing through a wall e.g. roof or roof deck of a building (all claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The annular support part is provided with the annular seal, so as to allow sliding under the effect of thrust on the inner ring, where the annular seal rests against the edge of the end of the conduit and against the inside of the tube, thus reducing the complication in installation of the sealing device, without requiring any special attention.
