As described in the various embodiments of the present statement, according to an embodiment, the present invention relates to a beamforming method and a beamforming apparatus for obtaining a sound signal. The method to obtain sound from an electronic apparatus comprises an operation to select at least one object applied to beamforming for obtaining the sound; an operation to measure a first distance between the sensors for measuring a distance with at least one selected object; an operation to calculate a second distance between multiple microphones and at least one selected object based on the first distance; and an operation to determine a weighted value for sound beamforming using phase-delay or time delay corresponding to the second distance between the object and the microphone. Other various embodiments are possible.
