The device has a rigid tube (11) that is provided with a set of ringed flexible tubes (12) of large diameter that is placed in a horizontal manner for elimination of retention of water, and for allowing fast evacuation of water utilized for washing of the hair. An upper part of a tray (9) is closed by a lid (25), where height of the device is adjustable using a set of telescopic tubes (4). The lid is provided with four telescopic folding feet for height adjustment. The feet are posed on the ground to form a table for taking hairstyle accessories.
