<p>The present invention relates to a connection of an E-glass fiber mat used in molding an E-glass fiber insulation material and a binder coating device for the connected E-glass fiber mat. In the present invention, while being loaded on a loader (22), several E-glass fiber mat bundles (10) of a small packing unit wound in a roll shape are sequentially withdrawn to be stored in a storing unit (16) and continuously connected by sewing front and rear E-glass fiber mats (10a) through a sewing device (14). A binder (14) is coated on one side or both sides of the E-glass fiber mats (10a) withdrawn from the storing unit (16) while passing through a binder coating device (18). The E-glass fiber mats (10a) coated with the binder pass through a cutting device (20) to be wound on a winding rod (146) included in a winding device (22) and to be cut by means of the cutting device (20). Then, the E-glass fiber mats (10a) are moved to surrounding E-glass fiber mats using the winding unit (148) having wheels (142), so that E-glass fiber insulation material molding is performed. The generation of remnants of the E-glass fiber mats (10a) is prevented during molding, and the binder coating device for each molding device can be removed, so that time spent for coating a binder can be reduced. Moreover, the interval for re-supplying the E-glass fiber mats (10a) is increased, so that productivity can be remarkably improved.</p> |
