Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for radio communications. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the radio communication apparatus comprises: a transmission module for transmitting a signal of a circuit switching (CS) network or a signal of a packet switching (CS) network; a first reception module and a second reception module for receiving a signal from the CS network or the PS network; and a communication control module for controlling the first and second reception modules. When a signal of the PS network is received by at least one among the first reception module or the second reception module, at least one among the first reception module or the second reception module can receive a signal from the CS network in preference to a signal from the PS network at least for a certain amount of time.
