摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a composition for detecting copper ions with ultrahigh sensitivity and high selectivity, a fluorescence chemosensor including the same, a manufacturing method thereof, a selectively detecting method for copper ions, a screening method for a copper ion chelating agent and a chelate effect confirming method for a copper ion chelating agent. The present invention is able to be used for detecting copper ions from a biological sample such as blood plasma, serum, urine and the like and the water quality of a river, a lake, sea and the like and is able to be applied to high throughput screening for developing a novel copper ion chelating agent and evaluating the effect of an existing copper ion chelating agent. Additionally, the present invention is able to qualitatively and quantitatively detect copper ions in a cell and a blood serum and is able to be applied as a diagnostic kit for the detection of pathogens.</p>
