The present invention relates to a novel angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) isolated from Balaenoptera acutorostrata scammoni and to a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to an ACE2 having an amino acid sequence selected from a group having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2 derived from Balaenoptera acutorostrata scammoni, and to a method for manufacturing a gene coding the same, recombination vector including the gene, a cell transformed to the recombination vector, and the ACE2 using the cell.
