The present invention relates to a tube cutter having no restrictions on the movement of a tube and, in accordance to the present invention, the tube cutter includes: a cutter (20) having a cutter blade support body (21) coupled to the interior thereof, a cutter blade (22) mounted on the upper end portion of the cutter blade support body (21), a bolt shaft (24) coupled to the lower end portion of the cutter blade support body (21), and an operating lever (25) coupled to the bolt shaft (24); a locker coupling hole (26) formed on the outer surface of the cutter (20) to communicate with an elevating hole (20H) having a screw portion formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof; a plurality of locking jaws (21LJ) formed on the cutter blade support body (21) to face the locker coupling hole (26); a locker (30) having a locking nut, a locking operating member (32) and a spring (34); a locking guide hole (33H) formed on a locking guide shaft (33) of the locker (30); and an elastic withdrawing ring (40) having a circular elastic hanger ring portion (41), elastic insert wire portions (42) protruding from one side of the elastic hanger ring portion (41) to the outside thereof in a radial direction thereof, and a pair of locking wire portions (43) protruding from both sides of the elastic insert wire portions (42). |
