In the present invention, disclosed are a calcaneus plate and a calcaneus plate system for treating the fracture of the calcaneus. A bone plate system pressurizes bone fragment and pulls the same to make the fragments come in close contact with each other, thereby facilitating treatment. The bone plate system includes a bone plate and a bone screw, wherein the bone plate can include a hole with an internal thread and another hole without the internal thread; and the bone screw includes a locking screw with an external thread on the head and a non-locking screw without the external thread on the head.
