The present invention relates to a gas range for a restaurant without a grate composed of a support part for supporting a cooking container and a burner part for heating the cooking container and, more specifically, to a gas range for a restaurant without a grate which has a structure for allowing the support part to prevent the heat from the burner part from leaking; improves energy efficiency by installing an exhaust part for inhaling combustion gas generated in the burner part and exhausting the inhaled combustion gas to the outside in the bottom of the burner part and reducing fuel consumption; promotes health by remarkably improving kitchen environment; and enables a user to conveniently cook. The present invention comprises the support part which supports the cooking container and the burner part which is installed on the inner bottom of the support part and generates heat to heat the cooking container. The support part includes: a support on which a circular range for supporting the cooking container is installed on the top circumference; and a heat inducing part which is installed on the inner side of the support to form a heat collecting space between the heat inducing part and the support, has a combustion chamber inside and an air inlet pipe, wherein the top of the air inlet pipe is connected to the inner side of the burner part and the bottom sends the air to the burner part. Thereby, the gas range for a restaurant without a grate induces the heat from the burner part to the bottom of the cooking container through the heat inducing part; and heats the cooking container by collecting the heat leaking to the gap between the heat inducing part and the cooking container through the heat collecting space and staying the collected heat.
