摘要 <p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a compression molding apparatus for a powder to manufacture a thermal battery electrode capable of realizing a high-precision cavity even though an ordinary press equipment is used; and is capable of reducing tact time, prevent leakage, and the non-uniformity of the internal particles of the powder by excluding an underfill process by having an upper punch greater than the shape of the electrode, thereby stably manufacturing the electrode. To accomplish the above purpose, provided is a compression molding apparatus for a powder to manufacture a thermal battery electrode, which comprises: a die (110), an upper punch (130), a lower punch (120), a die vertical position adjusting part, and a die supporting elastic body. The die supporting elastic body installed between the die (110) and the lower punch (120) supports the die (110) such that a predetermined distance can be maintained to allow a vertical through-hole (111) to form a cavity filled with the powder to manufacture the electrode. The upper punch (130) formed to be greater than the vertical through-hole (111) performs the compression molding of the powder when descending to apply a compressive force to the die (110) covering the vertical through-hole (111) filled with the powder to manufacture the electrode, wherein the compressive force exceeds the elastic supporting force of the die supporting elastic body. The die vertical position adjusting part adjusts the die (110) to descend such that the electrode compression-molded by the compressive force due to the descending of the upper punch (130) can be extracted from the lower punch (120) when the upper punch (130) ascends again. After the compression-molded electrode is extracted, the die vertical position adjusting part adjusts the die (110) to ascend to remove the compressive force applied to the die (110) such that the die supporting elastic body can allow the vertical through-hole (111) to form the cavity filled with the powder to manufacture the electrode.</p>
