PROCESS OF PRODUCING BANANA-BASED BROILER DIET

A process of producing banana-based broiler diet comprising the steps: washing the banana peelings; slicing/chopping the cleaned banana peelings into tiny pieces, approximately � square inch; placing and arranging the chopped peeling of banana on top of a wire mesh; sun-drying the chopped banana peelings until bone dried; milling the dried banana peelings; packing the milled banana peelings in a sack; and storing the packed milled banana peelings in a cool dry place. The produced banana-based broiler diet can be fed to broilers from day old to market.
