Disclosed is a coating composition for blocking infrared ray and ultraviolet ray. The coating composition for blocking infrared ray and ultraviolet ray is prepared by a coating agent for blocking infrared ray and ultraviolet ray including: 0.1 to 5 wt% of cesium tungsten oxide selected as an infrared ray reflection and absorption treating agent; 20 to 35 wt% of a binder resin; 1 to 10 wt% of an ultraviolet ray treating agent; 20 to 35 wt% of an ester-based solvent; and 10 to 50 wt% of an organic solvent, based on the total weight of the composition, to easily and simply form a coating layer on a glass surface with homogeneous distribution.
