PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter that allows achieving low-loss power conversion even when the voltage of a second DC power supply varies.SOLUTION: A DC/DC converter includes: a high-frequency transformer 8; a first switching circuit 4 connected between a DC power supply 1 and a first winding of the high-frequency transformer 8, and converting power between a direct current and an alternate current; a second switching circuit 10 connected between a battery 2 and a second winding of the high-frequency transformer 8, and converting power between a direct current and an alternate current; and a control circuit 15 controlling semiconductor switching elements 5a to 5d of the first switching circuit 4 and semiconductor switching elements 12a to 12d of the second switching circuit 10. The first and second switching circuits 4 and 10 have first and second reactors 7 and 9 connected to an alternate current input-output line. The control circuit 15 changes the voltage target value of the DC power supply 1 according to the voltage of the battery 2. |
