PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Raman quantitative analysis method for a cancer related substance such as a free DNA derived from a cancer cell.SOLUTION: A biochip has an area containing a composite acicular nanocrystal group of silver halide or silver oxide containing halogen. A Raman quantitative analysis method includes a step in which blood serum or organism sample liquid is dropped into the acicular nanocrystal group area of the biochip, cancer related substance having positive charge in a sample is selectively adsorbed, and the adsorbed cancer related substance is irradiated with a laser to detect Raman scattering light; and detects a chromatin peak in the surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) of a free DNA adsorbed by laser beam irradiation to determine a cancerous disease. |
