A Raman quantitative analysis method includes a step in which blood serum or organism sample liquid is dropped into the acicular nanocrystal group area of the biochip, cancer related substance having positive charge in a sample is selectively adsorbed, and the adsorbed cancer related substance is irradiated with a laser to detect Raman scattering light; and detects a chromatin peak in the surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) of a free DNA adsorbed by laser beam irradiation to determine a cancerous disease.
