PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a method for preventing and/or treating and/or respiratory disorders.SOLUTION: A liquid, propellant-free pharmaceutical composition comprises: (a) tiotropium, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate thereof, in an amount between about 5 μg to about 30 μg based on tiotropium; and (b) a formoterol component comprising arformoterol, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate thereof, in an amount between about 6 μg to about 40 μg based on arformoterol. The tiotropium and formoterol component are dissolved together in a liquid carrier, and the formoterol component comprises less than about 10 wt.% of stereoisomers of formoterol other than arformoterol. |
