PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of finding luminance at an object position on a light emission surface when a plurality light emission parts emit light, with a small processing amount and at high accuracy.SOLUTION: A luminance determination device includes: acquisition means for acquiring luminance feature quantity of each light emission region; sectioning means for sectioning a region of a light emission surface into a plurality of arithmetic regions each comprising one or more light emission regions on the basis of the luminance feature quantity of each light emission region acquired in the acquisition means; and determination means for finding luminance at an object position of light from each arithmetic region obtained by sectioning by the sectioning means on the basis of light emission luminance of a light emission part of the arithmetic region, and finding luminance at the object position when the plurality of light emission parts emit light, by using the luminance found for each arithmetic region. The sectioning means sections the region of the light emission surface more roughly at a part where variance in luminance feature quantity is small than at a part where variance in luminance feature quantity is large.
