<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified composition having high stability and excellent use feeling which is usable for skin external preparation such as cosmetic and quasi drug.SOLUTION: An emulsified composition contains: (1) monoalkyl glyceryl ether or monoalkenyl glyceryl ether having an alkyl group or an alkenyl group of a straight chain or a branched chain with carbon number 8 to 22; (2) higher fatty acid; (3) lecithin and/or ceramide; and (4) polyhydric alcohol. An oil-in-water type emulsified composition contains oil phase by 1 to 40 mass% in the entire emulsified composition. Further, the emulsified composition contains (5) polar triglyceride in which carbon number of each fatty acid is 8 to 22.</p> |
