<p>A calibrating method of a control extract includes: dividing the control extract into n batches, each of the batches having m components and being prepared into a solution with the concentration of Cij; carrying out linear regression on any batch of the control extract solution with a sample volume and the signal value Sij and obtaining a correlation coefficient of the regression equation of the j-th component; calculating a signal quality ratio of the same component in different batches of the control extract using the correlation coefficient and the signal values Sij and S1j of the j-th component of the i-th batch of the control extract; listing a relation between the sample size and the signal value of each component of the i-th batch of the control extract, and constructing an equation set; carrying out statistics of the root of each component of the equation set, and the calibration is successful when the relative standard deviation is smaller than an acceptable judgment error. The calibrating method can reduce the workload and provide a more scientific and logical approach to formulating medicine standard.</p> |
