PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mechanical loss due to lubricant.SOLUTION: A supercharger comprises a spacer 24 having a main body 24a in which a shaft hole 24b, into which a turbine shaft 7 is inserted, is formed, the spacer 24 being located between two full-floating metals 8 and 9, and fixed into a bearing hole. The main body 24a of the spacer 24 is fixed into the bearing hole by a frictional resistance between abutment surfaces 24g and 24h and the bearing hole 24b. The shaft hole 24b formed in the main body 24a includes a large-diameter hole portion 26 located closer to an axial center of the main body 24a; and small-diameter hole portions 27 and 28 located closer to both axial ends of the main body 24a with respect to the large-diameter hole portion 26, and smaller in inside diameter than the large-diameter hole portion 26. At least a part of the small-diameter portions 27 and 28 is located radially inward of the abutment surfaces 24g and 24h, the turbine shaft 7 is located in the shaft hole 24b of the spacer 24 and includes a small-diameter portion 7a smaller in outside diameter than a region pivotally supported by the two full-floating metals 8 and 9, and the small-diameter portion 7a extends to at least portions of the spacer 24 opposed to the small-diameter hole portions 27 and 28. |
