PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a composition including cell membrane or hydrophobic peptide derived from the cell membrane for reduction of lipid decomposition activity, delay of digesting fat, suppression of appetite due to increase of fullness hormone, reduction of body weight, and/or reduction of blood lipid.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition including at least one cell membrane or a part of the membrane and is thylakoid membrane obtained from a plant. The thylakoid membrane is obtained from clover, turnip rape, sugar beet, dandelion, thale cress, corn, tobacco, sunflower, fresh vegetable for salad, fat hen, mountain spinach, spinach and grass, or mixture thereof. |
