<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine device enabling a worker to promptly check a state of an exhaust emission control device 21 (the deposition of particulate substances).SOLUTION: An engine device is equipped with an engine 3 for driving a working portion 18, an exhaust emission control device 21 disposed in an exhaust path of the engine 3, and an engine controller 40 for controlling the driving of the engine 3. The engine device can execute regeneration control for burning and removing particulate substances in the exhaust emission control device 21. When the regeneration control of the exhaust emission control device 21 is required, a number of rotations of the engine 3 is automatically changed to be an abnormal number of rotations different from a number of rotations in normal operation, on the basis of a regeneration request signal.</p> |
