1. An antibody, or a fragment thereof, wherein said antibody and said fragment are capable of specifically binding human AβpE3 with a binding affinity (KD) of about 100 nM to about 5 nM for the human pyroglutamated Aβ fragment pEFRHDSGYE, wherein said antibody comprises:
