The present invention relates to a method for culturing Lentinus edodes through a Lentinus edodes starter culture medum maintained in white color without browning, wherein a Lentinus edodes starter is culture at a high temperature in a starter culture medium in an aging and culturing chamber, and temperature is rapidly decreased, so that browning does not occur and the starter culture medium is white in order to be charged in Lentinus edodes starters. Accordingly, the growth of the starters can be activated, and the Lentinus edodes starters can directly grow to Lentinus edodes adults. |
