<p>The present invention relates to a non-core propelling fan and a driving device using the same, and more particularly, to a non-core propelling fan and a driving device using the same wherein a propelling stream is produced by using the propelling fan minimizing the resistance of wind to apply a propelling force to the driving device, the friction force between the wheels of the driving device and the ground is minimized by using a floating fan to improve the propelling force of the driving device, and since separate gasoline or diesel is not used, the generation of exhaust gas is prevented to provide eco-friendly use.</p> |
