The present invention relates to a two-way fan filter unit adapted in a window that can provide the convenience for the maintenance while minimizing installation spaces and costs, and can minimize the occupation of the indoor space. The two-way fan filter includes a hexahedral unit body installed at a mounting position between the indoor and the outdoor; a feeding unit divided into an feeding space and a discharge space by a partition vertically installed at the center of the unit body in a width direction, and purifying and feeding the outdoor air to the feeding space; and a discharge unit for discharging the indoor air to the discharge space. The path through which the outdoor air is fed to the indoor by the feeding unit and the path through which the indoor air is discharged to the outdoor by the discharge unit are formed so that the air is fed in a horizontal direction, is turned in a vertical direction, and is again fed or discharged in the horizontal direction.
