PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member which inhibits leakage of an oil while achieving weight reduction.SOLUTION: A cover member 10 made of a resin material is attached to an attachment hole formed at a case so as to cover an oil filter. In the cover member 10, a cylindrical body part 20 for covering the oil filter is closed at one end and is opened at the other end. A first flange part 22 is formed so as to extend outward in a radial direction from an outer peripheral surface of the body part 20. A second flange part 24 is formed so as to extend outward in the radial direction from the outer peripheral surface of the body part 20. The first flange part 22 has a screw part 26 which is screwed on a surface of the case. The second flange part 24 includes an elastic piece 42 which is provided facing a rear surface of an extension part extending from the case and contacts with the rear surface of the extension part when the second flange part 24 is attached to the case. The screw part 26 and the elastic piece 42 are provided at different positions in a circumferential direction. |
