PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner system that can prevent a voltage from being impressed to a housing of a power conditioner during a self-sustaining operation.SOLUTION: The power conditioner system for supplying power to a load 9 in interconnection with a system 7 includes: a power conditioner 2 that converts DC power to AC power, and during system interconnection in which the system 7 supplies power and during a self-sustaining operation in which the system 7 stops supplying power, outputs the AC power from an output terminal 13; and an autotransformer 21 that is connectable to the load 9 in parallel with the power conditioner 2, receives a voltage of the AC power as a primary voltage input, divides the voltage of the AC power to output a secondary voltage, has the primary side and the secondary side not isolated, and has a secondary neutral point grounded. The secondary neutral point of the autotransformer 21 and the housing that stores the autotransformer 21 are individually connected to external grounding conductors, respectively. |
