PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercooling device, a refrigerator, and a supercooling method capable of keeping a supercooling target member in a supercooling temperature zone while achieving a simple configuration, low cost, and smaller installation space, without providing dedicated cooling means such as an evaporator or a compressor.SOLUTION: A supercooling device 1 according to the present invention comprises: a heat insulating vessel 13 in which a supercooling target member 11 is accommodated; and at least either a heater 15 or a fan 17, a temperature sensor 19, and a temperature controller 21 provided in the heat insulating vessel 13, and is installed in an existing refrigerator 3. The heat insulating vessel 13 includes an opening 23 from which cold air in the refrigerator 3 is taken in. An interior of the heat insulating vessel 13 is cooled and at least either the heater 15 or the fan 17 is controlled with the cold air of the refrigerator 3 taken in heat insulating vessel 13, thereby keeping an internal temperature of the heat insulating vessel 13 in a supercooling temperature zone. |
