PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a reception speed.SOLUTION: A control device 130 includes an acquisition unit 131, an identification unit 132 and a control unit 133. The acquisition unit 131 acquires prediction position information indicative of a prediction position p of a mobile terminal 110 requesting receivable data from a first communication device 120. Based on the prediction position information acquired by the acquisition unit 131, the identification unit 132 identifies a second communication device 140 communicable with the mobile terminal 110 at the prediction position p. The control unit 133 controls the second communication device 140 to start data reception from the first communication device 120 before the second communication device 140, identified by the identification unit 132, can communicate with the mobile terminal 110, and controls to transmit data received by the second communication device 140 from the second communication device 140 to the mobile terminal, after the second communication device 140 is communicable with the mobile terminal. |
