LASER RADIATION OPTICAL AMPLIFICATION METHOD

A laser radiation optical amplification method, including the division of initial radiation into several channels, amplifying the radiation in the channels, and forming a unidirectional radiation upon exiting the channels. Nonlinear optical waveguides having tunnel optical coupling therebetween are used as the channels, wherein the intensities of the optical waves at the entrance to the waveguides and/or the coefficients of tunnel-coupling between waveguides and/or the lengths of waveguide tunnel-coupling and/or the wave frequencies are selected in such a way that the waves are in the same phase upon exiting the waveguides.
