<p>Embodiments of the invention provide an electronic product case and an electronic product using the same, relating to a communication accessory technology, for preventing an SIM (subscriber identity module) card from being deformed or damaged by heat. In the embodiments of the invention, the electronic product case comprises a first chamber for holding a user card and a second chamber for holding a heating device, wherein a heat insulating plate is arranged between the first chamber and the second chamber.
