The present invention relates to a bike wheel fixing carrier for a vehicle which is fixedly attached or separated from an attaching plate as a roof panel on the top side of the vehicle providing many convenience of usage, and the bike wheel fixing carrier for a vehicle includes: two vacuum sucking parts spaced apart from each other on the front and rear sides thereof in such a manner to be attached to an attaching plate formed of a roof panel or a rear window of the vehicle having connection brackets protruding from the center of the upper portions thereof; a wheel seating part coupled to the connection brackets in such a manner to be located on the top surfaces of the two vacuum sucking parts having a body formed on the lower portion of the center thereof in such a manner to be inserted and fixed to the connection brackets, and front and rear circular bodies disposed on the front and rear sides of the top portion of the body having circumferential grooves formed on the center thereof in such a manner to seat the wheel of the bike thereonto; a fixing belt fixed on one end portion to one side portion of the body to surround a rim of the wheel of the bike having a plurality of locking teeth formed on the outer surface thereof; and a locking means disposed on the other side portion of the body to pass through the other end portion of the fixing belt and adapted to releasably fix the locking teeth formed on the outer surface of the fixing belt through the manipulation of a manipulating button, thus fixing the other end portion of the fixing belt in a position-controllable way.
