PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin scroll fluid machine capable of achieving weight reduction of a scroll member and ensuring high efficiency.SOLUTION: A resin scroll fluid machine 1 comprises: a housing 2; a fixed scroll 10 having a spiral fixed-side lap 14 provided upright on one surface of a fixed end plate 12 fixed to the housing 2; and a swing scroll 20 having a swing-side lap 24 provided upright on one surface of a swing end plate 22 supported by the housing so as to be able to revolve, the swing-side lap 24 defining a sealed space 30 with the fixed-side lap 14, the fixed scroll 10 and the swing scroll 20 being formed out of resin. A continuous fiber portion 50 comprised of prepreg 50A obtained by impregnating continuous fibers 52 with resin is formed on at least either the fixed-side lap 14 or the swing-side lap 24.
