PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for providing a subscriber with credit.SOLUTION: A central settlement facility connected to a plurality of networks in which each network respectively supports a plurality of subscribers and to an individual network in the plurality of networks keeps a plurality of subscriber accounts, converts a credit request into an intermediate amount when receiving the credit request from a subscriber, acquires credit from a credit provider by using the intermediate amount, enters an amount equivalent to the credit request in the credit side of an account held on a settlement facility by the subscriber, and advises the subscriber on approval of the credit request. |
