PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data integrity processing apparatus, a RAID controller, a data integrity processing system, a data integrity processing method, and a program therefor capable of effectively achieving data integrity processing according to a bit error occurrence situation.SOLUTION: A RAID controller 30 comprising: a memory 40 temporarily storing therein externally input data; and a main control device 50 controlling a disk array 20 that is a combination of a plurality of hard disks to function as RAID, further comprises a data integrity processing unit 60 that includes memory monitoring and detection means 60A detecting that the memory 40 is in an abnormal state if an occurrence frequency of bit errors occurring to the memory 40 exceeds a preset threshold, and data protection means 60B changing a write method of changing writing data to the disk array 20 to a write-through method if the write method is a write-back method during this detection. |
