PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive fine particulate capable of exhibiting high connection reliability even when the conductive fine particulate is used for electrical connection at a low temperature.SOLUTION: The conductive fine particulate includes a base particle and a conductive metal layer coating a surface of the base particle, where the base particle is a polymer particle having a glass-transition temperature (Tg) of 50°C or greater and 100°C or less, and a film thickness of the conductive metal layer is 0.01 μm to 0.15 μm.
