PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air shower device that removes static electricity of a target object and dusts adhering to the target object in an air shower room and can sterilize the surface of the target object.SOLUTION: An air shower device includes: a door that closes an inlet of an air shower room; static elimination means that is provided on the inlet side of the air shower room, and eliminates particles adhering to a target object by removing static electricity of the target object entering the air shower room; a dust removing device that eliminates fine particles smaller than the particles adhering to the target object from the target object by blowing air toward the target object to thereby remove fine particles; and a sterilization device that sprays sterilization liquid to the target object in the air shower room.
