PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid mixer capable of uniformly mixing liquids.SOLUTION: A liquid mixer comprises: a mixing valve element 6 regulating a mixture ratio of a first liquid to a second liquid; a first liquid inlet path 2 for flowing the first liquid to the mixture valve element 6; and a second liquid inlet path 3 for flowing the second liquid to the mixture valve element 6. Since the first liquid inlet path 2 and the second liquid inlet path 3 are arranged in parallel via the mixture valve element 6, the mixed liquids in the mixture valve element 6 are formed into a vortex flow, the first liquid and the second liquid are agitated, and the liquids can be uniformly mixed together even if flow volumes of the liquids are small.
