PRINTING METHOD AND PRINTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device which can remove ink sticking onto convex parts of a printing plate effectively.SOLUTION: A printing device 10 comprises a blanket cylinder 12, a coating system 14 forming a membrane of ink 13 on the blanket cylinder 12, and a printing plate 16A. The printing plate 16A has convex parts 17a which can contact with the ink 13 on the blanket cylinder 12, and concave parts 17b located between the convex parts 17a. The printing device comprises a removal system 30 for removing the ink 13 sticking onto the convex parts 17a of the printing plate 16A, and a preprocessing system 19 for executing preprocessing of pushing a silicone rubber to the printing plate 16A before the convex parts 17a of the printing plate 16A contact with the ink 13.
