PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip which can maintain an attachment state of a clip main body to a mating panel when an extraction load acts on the clip main body even if a holding force to the mating panel is lowered due to a thermal creep phenomenon, and dispenses with a slide mold when forming an engagement hole of a rib of a member to be attached.SOLUTION: A clip main body 10 of a clip 1 comprises a holding part 14 which is attachable via an engagement hole 24a formed at a rib 24, and an engagement part 16 which is formed outside the holding part 14 so as to be elastically deformable. A resilient body 16d is formed inside the engagement part 16 so as to contact with a surface of the rib 24 when the engagement part 16 passes through an attachment hole 30 of a mating panel 3. The resilient body 16d is formed so as to contact with a surface 24b of a tip side rather than the engagement hole 24a out of the surfaces of the rib 24. |
