PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter substrate comprising a dielectric multilayer film color filter having excellent light fastness and heat resistance, in which an uneven color state in a boundary part can be decreased, and to provide a liquid crystal device, a solid light-receiving element and a method for manufacturing the color filter substrate.SOLUTION: The color filter substrate includes: a light-transmitting substrate 100; a first dielectric layer 10 composed of a dielectric multilayer film that reflects light in a first wavelength range of incident light; a second dielectric layer 30 composed of a dielectric multilayer film that reflects light in a second wavelength range of the incident light, the second wavelength range different from the first wavelength range; and a third dielectric layer 50 composed of a dielectric multilayer film that reflects light in a third wavelength range of the incident light, the third wavelength range different from both of the first wavelength range and the second wavelength range. A first region where the first dielectric layer 10 and the second dielectric layer 30 are laminated, and a second region where the first dielectric layer 10 and the third dielectric layer 50 are laminated are arrayed on the substrate 100. |
